How do I upload web pages to my website prior to DNS propagation?
Use a standard FTP client, but instead of using your domain name, connect directly to the IP address of the website. You need to enter the IP address because your FTP client will not recognize (resolve) the website until the DNS has fully propagated (published worldwide).
If you do not remember the IP address assigned to your website, go to Edit Domain Info under the Website section.
